THEORETICAL- PRACTICAL
Aim: The purpose of this module is to get to know the muscles of the lower limbs more thoroughly, their topography and their effect on the various joint movements which involved.
Learning Outcomes: By completing this course you will be able to analyze the action of the main muscles of the legs and the movements they perform.
Depending on the part of the lower limb to which they belong, the muscles are roughly categorized into:
- Perineal muscles (pelvic floor).
- Pelvic muscles (hip muscles).
- Tight muscles.
- Tibial muscles and
- Forefoot muscles.
