8.3. POWERBUILDING TRAINING
When power lifting training using the three basic racing movements is combined with standard bodybuilding exercises aimed at both increasing muscle strength and improving physical appearance (muscle training) ), always meant with appropriate dietary adjustments, then characterized as powerbuilding training. This is a fairly widespread methodology that many power lifters follow during their off-training sessions, i.e., training as bodybuilders, performing stricter exercises, focusing on muscle tone and more repetition.
