THEORETICAL- PRACTICAL
Aim: The purpose of this course is to get acquainted with the basic training methods and common training systems used by weight trainers in the gym, as well as those that can be used during personal training.
Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of the course you will know what is and how the basic training systems are applied to weight training and general resistance in the gym but also in any other personal training area.
By "training system" we mean the particular method by which the practitioner is trained, in addition to their fundamental (continuous without breaks and intermittent) and their derivatives (mixed and circular training).
