The general structure of the program, the structure of the training units, the exercises chosen and the methodology for performing them do not aim to improve the physique of the athlete, such as e.g. In bodybuilding, although this physical improvement usually results indirectly, they are primarily aimed at maximizing individual performance on all factors that determine the concept of fitness and lead to better athletic performance, such as e.g. maximum strength, power, neuromuscular coordination, endurance, agility, etc.: each trainee strives to exceed his personal limits and make his own individual records!
Absolutely essential safety precondition for dealing with such training programs is the presence and guidance of an experienced coach, a certified training professional.
