Aim: The purpose of this module is to solve questions regarding the design of cardio-respiratory programs. Also design and practice programs with cardio-respiratory as well as mixed goals.
Learning Outcomes: By completing this module you will be fully acquainted with cardio-respiratory training and will be able to design, implement and control / guide training programs with cardio-respiratory goals as well as mixed goals for all levels of practitioner and with all methods.
