  • Workout for muscular balance, stabilization, mobility.
  • Programming for stabilization, mobility / flexibility / resilience and injury prevention.
Learning Objective: The purpose of this module is to learn the basic functional tests for evaluating motor patterns and finding any muscle imbalances as well as learning the importance of proper training to ensure both mobility and joint stability. Learning Outcomes: By completing this module you will be able to perform basic functional tests and apply their results to the design of training programs, ensuring proper joint stability and mobility.
