  • Day # 2 Repeat: Warm Up - Body Posture (Orthosis) - Basic Body Positions / Teaching Exercises.
  • Strength training: Functional Anatomy - Basic leg training (calves - thighs - gluteus) with: Bodyweight - Bar - Dumbbells / dumbbells - Elastic resistance - Other equipment.
  • Theoretical bases of stretching and recovery.
  • Lower body stretching.
