  Aim: The purpose of this module is to get acquainted with the most dynamic forms of weightlifting and in particular with weightlifting and powerlifting, as their training is a key means of training other athletes. sports, e.g. track, as well as a "pillar" of specific training modes such as cross fit and cross training.
