1.1. INTRODUCTION TO PERSONAL TRAINING
Its narrow sense, Personal Training - PT means that a fitness professional who is properly trained and certified for their knowledge, their abilities and their skills, is involved in designing and preparing the personalized fitness program for each individual as well as to direct and guide them personally ("1 on 1"). The personal guidance is not limited to the gym training but includes more services which whether could be identified at the forefront of the legal rights of other health professionals such as nutritionist graduated, or these services are involved in a more general life coaching.
In a broader definition, the term "personal training" may also include the guidance of a small group of individuals (2-5), small group training, preferably with common fitness characteristics, common goals, common problems or other common parameters, which make it possible to group the program, with corresponding - as far as possible - customizations.
Personal training is a different coaching philosophy of personalization and at the same time a different way of personalized coaching, with specific goals and measurable results in a predetermined / specific time period.
