3.3. PROGRAMMING- EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION

To achieve any goal in personal training, we need a roadmap. We need to know and record the stages we must go through. It does not mean a clearly defined training program without a specific goal. You should always keep in mind "what is the goal of the program", "what is the best way to achieve the goal" and "how long can it be achieved".   A) PLANNING
  1. Background - Client / trainee interview.
  2. Assessment of objectives.
  3. Test - Measurements.
  4. Correct assessment - test evaluation.
  5. SMART goal.
  B) EXERCISE SCHEDULE
  1. Timing of the target result.
  2. Choosing an appropriate training program and process.
  3. Expiry date - Reassessment.
  4. Defining a new goal - the SMART principle.
  5. Comparison of results.
