
The fitness ball (other names: "fit-ball", "Swiss ball", "healing ball", "balance ball" etc.) is a multipurpose instrument. Including:
- Suitable for balance, mobility and flexibility exercises. Improves coordination, strengthens the spinal muscles, protects the waist.
- It is suitable for bodybuilding muscle training exercises, general and focused on "problematic" areas such as in the abdomen and glutes/hips.
- Replaces special benches for performing exercises with dumbbells, tires, rods or other micro-organs.
- Suitable for play, stretching and anxious exercises. It reduces fatigue, relaxes grip muscles, fights nervousness.
- Can be used to massage the back of the body!
- It is required in programs with functional exercises as well as programs designed to prevent or repair spine problems ("sport-therapy").
It is no coincidence that many physiotherapists suggest it as an alternative seat, since unlike the common chairs, it ensures proper posture.
