9.4. ROPE EXERCISES

PRACTICAL PRACTICES If the rope exists only in your mind as a child's play, it's time to get to know it as a great fitness tool. It is no coincidence that all professional athletes use it! Indeed, rope is an extremely beneficial exercise:
