13. PILATES PROPS EXERCISES
Over the years and the spread of the Pilates method to the public, different teacher-trainers and equipment manufacturers have invented and used various small instruments to enrich the Pilates curriculum, both individual and group, the so-called "props".
Some of the props are inspired by Joseph Pilates' designs (magic circle / ring / circles) and others have emerged from rehabilitation industry (Pilates balls, foam roller, elastic band, etc.).
