Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Figital ("we", "the application") collects, uses and protects your personal data, both on the figital.gr website and in the mobile application.

What data we collect
Account details: name, email, phone, address, date of birth and gender.
Assessment and health data: information your trainer records in the assessment form (history, goals, any conditions or restrictions) that you then confirm.
Training data: your programs, body measurements, completed workouts, reps, weights and — if you connect a device — heart rate.
Technical data: a device identifier for push notifications and basic operational data of the app.
Why we process it
To provide the service: creating and following your training program together with your trainer.
Health data is a special category of data and we process it only with your explicit consent, which you give on the assessment screen.
To send you notifications about new or expiring programs.
Who has access
Your data is visible to your trainer and to you. It is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, push notification delivery) that process data solely on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you hold an account. On account deletion, your personal data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to retain it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

Security
Passwords are stored encrypted and data is accessed over a secure connection. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
