The service

Figital is a platform that connects trainers with athletes: your trainer designs and monitors your training program, and you follow it through the figital.gr website and the mobile application.

Your account

Your account is created by your trainer or via an invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information. You must confirm the health data shown in the assessment as correct before your program begins.

Medical disclaimer

Figital content is informational and training-oriented and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.

You train at your own risk. Figital is not liable for injuries arising from performing the exercises.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the content (exercise videos, programs) without permission.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that jeopardises its operation.

Intellectual property

Figital content, videos and software belong to Figital and their creators and are protected by intellectual property law.

Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
